Refund & Return Policy

At Dreams, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because many of our products are handmade and personalized, please review our return policy carefully.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only within 7 days after the customer receives the product.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must receive prior authorization from Dreams before being shipped back.

Customers must contact us at:

to request a Return Authorization Number (RA Number).

Return Instructions

The Return Authorization Number must be included inside the package when the product is returned.

Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Refund Processing

Refunds will only be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected by Dreams.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Personalized items
  • Custom-made products
  • Products damaged by misuse
  • Final sale items

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.

Clearence items

Only regular priced and discounted items may be refunded. Clearence items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If you received an item marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you dont need to return the gift

Return Shipping Cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original payment for shipping & the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
